3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to pricing before work begins.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that clients provide as much advance notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in your service agreement or quote. 4TR2 reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, staffing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify the client promptly.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including accepted payment methods, any deposit requirements, and payment due dates, will be provided at the time of booking or set out in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver our Services safely and effectively, clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, disclosing any known hazards (e.g., mold, pests, structural issues, hazardous materials), securing or removing fragile or valuable items from work areas where appropriate, and ensuring a safe working environment for our staff.
